Each Cheeky Chair is individually made to order. The lead time from ordering to delivery is normally 6 - 8 weeks, but is often quicker depending on stock levels. 

Once your order is placed we will send you an email confirming the details of your order and giving an estimated delivery date.

When your Cheeky Chair(s) are ready to be delivered one of our team will get in touch with you directly to arrange a convenient day and a 4-hour time slot for delivery. Where possible we offer a personal delivery service and will do our best to accommodate your timing needs. This means your chairs or bar stools are carefully wrapped and loaded at our workshop and come directly to you. Like traditional chairmakers, we blanket wrap each chair whilst in transit for additional protection. This premium service also includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging.

14-Day No-Fuss Returns

Although we hope you will fall in love with your Cheeky Chair(s) if, for any reason you don't, we have a guaranteed 14-Day No-Fuss Returns Policy. Simply contact us within 14-days of your delivery date and we will arrange a full refund and collect the chairs or bar stools at a time that is convenient for you. The refund takes approximately 5-days to reach your account. 

All we ask is that your item(s) are in the same condition as when delivered. There is normally a one-off collection fee of £50.00 from most UK mainland collections.

Please contact our  team on 01233 756740 or email info@cheekychairs.com detailing your order number and the item(s) to be returned. We will then arrange for the items to be collected. 

If you can cancel a Made-to-order item(s) within 48 hours from the time the order was placed you will receive a full refund. 

Once delivered,  Made-to-order items (your bespoke combination of model or colour or fabric ) that are unique to you have a 30% returns fee.  Obviously we'd prefer to not have to charge for this, but as it’s a made-to-order item just for you we can't guarantee that we'll be able to sell it again. 


Damaged Goods

Every chair and bar stool is thoroughly checked by one of our team to ensure that its is up to our high standards before being carefully wrapped and packaged for our personal delivery service. Like traditional chairmakers we blanket wrap each chair whilst in transit for additional protection.

In the unlikely event that your chair or barstool may be be damaged on delivery,  please contact our team immediately on 01233 756740 or email info@cheekychairs.com detailing your order number and the item in question and we will sort it out.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
