The Darwin Armchair is a stylish twist on the quintessential Windsor chair. The unique design draws on the classic Windsor features but incorporates a more contemporary look.

Traditionally crafted in solid English ash with steam-bent back spindles, and a generously sculpted back for comfort, it has the added luxury and comfort of a naturally soft upholstered seat.

This beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced shape make the Darwin an extremely versatile chair for any setting from bedroom to office and everywhere in between.

The Gail's Garden Liberty London Print was created using original artwork from 'The Ladybird Book of Garden Flowers' first published in 1960. Using the archive original the design has been re-worked in rich and indulgent hues to add a touch of opulence to any interior.

As part of our Bespoke Service, we will upholster the seats in your choice of Designer Fabric, either from our own Collection or one of your own choosing.

The Darwin is an iconic design. Hand-carved from sustainably sourced English Ash specially selected for the depth of natural grain. Our specialist polishing team can hand-oil, stain or wax the Darwin to any natural shade to match your cabinetry and overall interior.
